Data we collect
Contact form. When you write to us we receive your email address, your message and, if you provide it, your name. Email and message are needed to reply; the name is optional.
Browsing data. Like every website, the server automatically records some technical data in its logs (IP address, browser, date and time, page requested). They are used only to keep the website working and secure, and are kept by the hosting provider for a limited time.
We do not use your data for marketing, newsletters or profiling, and we do not sell them or share them with third parties for their own purposes.
Why we use them
- To reply to your request: art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps taken at your request).
- To protect the website from abuse and spam: art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest).
How long we keep them
Messages are kept for the time needed to handle your request and are deleted automatically after 24 months at the latest.
Who can see them
Only the Ocean S.r.l. staff in charge of replying, and the companies that provide the technical services needed to run the website and receive emails (hosting: Netsons), appointed as data processors. Your data are not transferred outside the European Union.
Your rights
You can ask at any time to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to their processing, and to receive them in a portable format (arts. 15–22 GDPR), by writing to [email]. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it).
Cookies
The public pages of this website do not use cookies: no statistics, no advertising, no social plug-ins and no third-party content. Fonts and scripts are served from our own server. This is why no cookie banner is shown.
The reserved administration area, used only by our staff, sets a single technical session cookie needed to log in, which is deleted when the browser is closed.
If in the future we add services that use cookies (for example statistics or maps), this policy will be updated and, where required, your consent will be asked first.
